Sequel 2: Distorted onboard sound with Samsung X20/X25 notebook
Problem
When I preview sounds via the onboard soundcard of my Samsung X20/ X25 notebook in the Mediabay of Sequel 2 the sound is distorted.
Solution 1
This problem can be solved by using an external soundcard or by installing the ASIO4all driver. This generic ASIO driver can be downloaded from 
www.asio4all.com and allows to work with lower latencies.
Solution 2
Select “ASIO DirectX Full Duplex Driver” in Sequel 2 as the audio connection. Now close Sequel 2. In Windows go to START --> PROGRAMS --> SEQUEL 2 and select “ASIO DirectX Full Duplex Setup”. In this menu you select at Sync Reference “Direct Sound Output”. Now uncheck the checkbox of your soundcard at the "Direct Sound input channels”.
